You may have already heard the exciting news that READY SET DANCE is coming to Newcastle Dance Academy! If you haven’t heard of READY SET DANCE before, it’s a one hour dance class program for pre-schoolers featuring a combination of styles including; jazz, tap, hip hop, singing, music and lots and lots of fun!
Designed to help both boys and girls gain confidence, coordination and build creativity, in a safe, professional environment. The aim is for READY SET DANCE to be the highlight of your child’s week. The program won “Best National Activity for Pre-schoolers” at the What’s on 4 Kids Awards 2018.

At Newcastle Dance Academy, we particularly love that this program offers a dancing and performance outlet for children who aren’t interested in traditional ballet. With a fun focus on the performing arts, it’s a program that promotes the three C’s; Confidence, Coordination and Creativity – allowing children to dance, sing and express themselves while, most importantly, having FUN!
To help you all get as excited as we are about READY SET DANCE, we will be holding two FREE taster classes in September. Bring your pre-schooler along to experience the fun and excitement for themselves.
The classes will be help on Thursday 19th and Friday 27th September 2019. Registration will begin at 9.30am, with classes starting at 10am and running until 10.30am. For organisational and planning purposes, it’s super important that you register your interest on our Facebook Event Page.
